At Twig + Tale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all physical goods in original condition. Please note that due to their nature, digital sewing patterns are non-refundable once downloaded.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain intact.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
